Don't let price fool you. Staples are made with different grades of steel. Our higher-grade carbon steel alloys result in a harder, stronger staple. You can get lower-priced staples at your local office supply store, but don't expect high quality or flat wire. Do expect softer alloys made with round wire that can fail to penetrate coated stocks, and will jam production staple machines. It can mean the difference between running jobs smoothly, or experiencing costly downtime. In addition, poor staple quality will cause premature wear on your stapling head.
