INKY'S GENERAL POLICIES

FREE SHIPPING to the 48 contiguous states. Most orders are shipped via UPS, but may be shipped by mail (USPS) at our discretion. Packages under 150 lbs. can be expedited by request, however customer will be charged the difference between the ground and expedited service rate. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be sent by UPS or USPS using their most economical service, and are sent at customer's expense. A handling charge of $5.50 is added to each order.

C.O.D. ORDERS. Our policy of payment with order helps us provide FREE SHIPPING. If you request a C.O.D. shipment, it will be sent via UPS. The UPS C.O.D. charge of $9.50 will be added to invoice. Maximum C.O.D. order is $400.

SAME DAY SHIPPING. 95% of our orders are shipped same day as received. Company check, money order, credit card information, or cashier's check must accompany order for immediate shipment to be made. Orders pre-paid with a check may be held temporarily pending clearance.

GOVERNMENT & PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS. Public institutions may provide a purchase order and be billed on terms. Freight charges and a $5.50 handling charge will apply to all orders shipped on open account.

MINIMUM ORDER. The minimum order is $40, not including handling charge or freight if applicable.

RISK-FREE GUARANTEE. There is a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every item in our catalog except software and books. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will replace it or refund your money. Special orders (NON-STOCK items not in our catalog provided specifically for you) are NOT covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. Since these items are not part of our regular stock, and order accuracy is based on your input, their return is strictly at our discretion. If accepted for return, a re-stocking charge of up to 50% may be incurred.

RETURNS. Every return requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which can be obtained by calling 800-341-6650. On all returns you must include the RAN, a copy of your invoice, and a brief explanation why you are returning your purchase. We do not accept C.O.D. or pay freight on returned items. Return of items 30 days after invoiced date is subject to our discretion. Items approved for return after 30 days are subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 50%.

CATALOG PRICES. Prices are subject to change without notice. Although the most current pricing can normally be found on our web site, we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. If a price is higher than what is posted on your order submission, we will contact you before filling your order.

TAX. We are not authorized to collect tax for out-of-state orders. We do collect sales tax in the state of Washington where we are located.
